The Fjarðabyggð Cultural Centre offers free research stays in Þórsmörk in Neskaupstaður (https://www.fjardabyggd.is/menning/meningarstofa/thorsmork-listamannasetur), where artists can stay and work on their artistic creations during certain periods each year.
