Today on RÚV English Radio, the striking work of artist Hugo Llanes currently showing at the Reykjavík Art Museum - and the memorable use made of some Lýsi fish oil capsules.
Hugo Llanes, originally from Mexico and now living and working in Reykjavík, has created Bonita, an alter ego who "inhabits the in-between of cultural identities". His exhibition (https://listasafnreykjavikur.is/en/exhibitions/d54-hugo-llanes-en) is made up of multiple different art mediums - yes, including those capsules - supported by a structure of steel pipes.
Darren met Hugo at Gallery D at the museum.
